Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Harlow Payments LLC. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to identify their needs and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current client information is available for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with inbound sales representatives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, facilitating quick client conversions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
