Job Title: HR Operations Analyst

As a critical member of our HR team, you will partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute people initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement the hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to identify departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with EHS to proactively address safety culture improvements and manage Workers Compensation claims.
  • Manage the leave of absence process, guiding employees through the process, documenting and certifying leaves, and partnering with managers to plan for employees' return to work.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or concerns, making recommendations for resolution and drafting comprehensive reports.
  • Execute assigned projects, including merit reviews, Workday audits, and compliance training.
  • Consult with managers on personnel-related issues, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Draft and communicate engaging organizational announcements to keep employees informed about HR services and business updates.
  • Manage the exit interview process, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for HR process improvements and execute those improvements as needed.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring support for both managers and employees.
  • Maintain HR files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and prepare organizational communications.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of increasing Human Resources experience, preferably in mid to large size manufacturing organizations.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, positive, and driven to achieve departmental and corporate goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to partner with managers/professionals to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Experience in recruiting, employee development, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Track record of investigating and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, including Federal and California Leave Laws.
