In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the quality operations team in ensuring the accuracy and functionality of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Inspect sub-assemblies or final assemblies of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Interpret prints, manufacturing drawings, and/or diagrams to approve or reject in-process or final assemblies.
  • Maintain records and/or databases to track quality metrics and performance.
  • Work with the quality operations team to clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions to support technicians and NPI Engineers.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ability to read blueprints.
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in quality operations or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with automated software platforms and Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers.
  • Excellent electronic and mechanical competence.
