- Serve as Human Resource and Risk Management department primary compliance representative for store or warehouse.

- Human Resources skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time management, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish (fluent: read, write, and speak).
- Excellent people skills and able to influence others.
- Adept in Technology, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Office), including the ability to create charts and graphs.
- Ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and accomplish expectations.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years for supervisory capacity.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and/or OSHA Regulations, a plus.
- Ability to commute to all district locations as required.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a background (credit, criminal, and DMV) check.
- Must have a valid Driver License.
- May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
- Will be required to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
This is a Non-Exempt Level Position; Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Flexibility in schedule to work extended hours, including some Saturdays, to complete the job.
