**System Support Specialist - Georgetown, SC**

We are seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to join our team at World Insurance As. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients regarding the UKG Workforce Ready Human Resources (HR) Application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult with clients on best practices and assist them in designing and building a solution that meets their needs.
  • Drive consistency into Ready delivery practices by leveraging your implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization.
  • Provide significant transfer of UKG product knowledge to UKG customers.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience - ERP, CRM, or other mission-critical SaaS software.
  • Experience implementing Human Resources (HR) software a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Proven ability to configure software preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of professional skill and/or knowledge in computer hardware and software and keep current with developments and trends.
  • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems to meet work needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
