Job Title: High-Level Member Services Rep

We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team at Advance Sourcing Concepts, LLC. As a High-Level Member Services Rep, you will play a critical role in strengthening relationships between large professional associations and their members.

Job Summary:

This is a highly professional boutique-style call center where you will have the opportunity to take your skills to the next level and grow professionally. Our company prioritizes work-life balance, training, and professional development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place outgoing calls to members of professional and trade associations to reactivate their membership, renew their continued education subscription materials, create benefit awareness, boost conference registration, and gather marketing feedback.
  • Meet weekly project goals and maintain accurate record coding, filing systems, call log, and time sheets.
  • Handle member queries and concerns, update all necessary member contact and payment information accurately, and manage double-checks when requested on specified projects.

  • High-touch customer-focus and confidence in speaking with highly educated professionals.
  • Authentic and professional communication style, strong phone communications, and experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and on the team, with excellent time management skills.
