About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and their families, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk tasks, including scheduling, communication, and administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize sales experience to promote membership and retention goals, communicating with members and families through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
