At Crunch Fitness, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. As a Member Services Representative, you'll be the face of our operation, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet members and guests with a smile and ensure a warm welcome
- Check in members and guests efficiently and accurately
- Facilitate communication and resolve any issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Sell retail products and promote membership services
- Schedule member services and facilitate payment
- Stay up-to-date on club facilities, services, and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 10 lbs and stand for long periods
- Lift 10 lbs on occasion
- Stand, bend, and squat with frequency
- Climb and hang decorations when needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
