Clinical Intake Coordinator

Job Summary
The Admission Specialist role at CliniLabs is responsible for managing the intake process for visitors, including subjects for screening and admission, sponsors, monitors, vendors, and other guests. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure a smooth experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter subject information into Clinical Conductor and/or other sponsor-requested databases
- Maintain database information in Clinical Conductor and other required databases
- Process payment of subject stipends through Clinical Conductor or another sponsor-requested program
- Verify subjects in VCT
- Assist in preparing screening documents
- Collaborate with the Screening Supervisor and RA Supervisor to ensure efficient visitor intake
- Assist with tracking expenses, such as AMEX expenses
- Maintain the front desk area in a functional and visually appealing state
- Maintain relationships with food vendors and order food for clinic participants
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required
- Exceptional clerical skills, telephone skills, and professionalism are expected
- Computer skills, including a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and Internet browser functions are required
- Experience with subject verification platforms, time tracking applications, travel management applications, and Adobe Illustrator is desirable
