We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team at Dominion Financial Services (DFS). DFS is a mortgage originator for single family real estate, originating two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios.
As a Senior Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of our mortgage sales goals with our business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with good industry knowledge, a strong technology background, and exceptional sales development skills. You will be responsible for growing wholesale mortgage sales in designated markets with non-QM products, maintaining $1,500,000 in monthly production, and successfully attracting new and transitioning existing wholesale relationships to Dominion.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in the mortgage industry. A proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships is also required.
