What You'll Do:

  • Identify prime investment properties and development opportunities for our clients.
  • Leverage your market knowledge to guide clients through commercial transactions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

What You'll Need:

  • A current real estate license or the drive and ability to obtain one (we can provide support and guidance).
  • A passion for sales and a knack for building strong business relationships.
  • Local market expertise or the eagerness to become an expert quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
  • Provide market area research to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this role or motivated to obtain one.
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language.
  • Proven negotiating and communication skills.

Compensation: $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
