What You'll Do:
- Identify prime investment properties and development opportunities for our clients.
- Leverage your market knowledge to guide clients through commercial transactions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

- A current real estate license or the drive and ability to obtain one (we can provide support and guidance).
- A passion for sales and a knack for building strong business relationships.
- Local market expertise or the eagerness to become an expert quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
- Provide market area research to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data.
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this role or motivated to obtain one.
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language.
- Proven negotiating and communication skills.
Compensation: $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
