About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Phone Support Expert to join our team at Perun HR. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
Gathering Information:
- Confirm Insurance Details: Verify insurance coverage and deductible amounts with policyholders, agents, and auto glass shops.
- Damage Assessment: Qualify damage for repair or select the appropriate glass part for replacement using our production/shop locator system.
Team Assistance:
- Answer Hold Calls: Assist the CSR team by answering hold calls as needed.
- Onboarding: Help new associates get up and running with orientation and training, as required.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be 16+ years of age.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or actively enrolled).
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center/contact center/customer service environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to operate a computer and telephone systems, and comfortable working in a seated environment for extended periods.
Salary Range:
Our salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
