Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant II to join our Live Nation Concerts division. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounting for central concerts' revenue and expense accounts, assisting with account reconciliations, and preparing month-end journal entries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting for central concerts' revenue and expense accounts
  • Assist Accountants and Manager with account reconciliations or ad hoc requests
  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and research to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and enter month-end journal entries
  • Consolidate and report music licensing fees for all US concerts
  • Review and manage PEX Card process and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures/policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years' comparable work experience
  • Quality problem-solving and communication skills
  • Oracle experience a plus
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
