Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests, provide menu details, and assist with any inquiries they may have.
  • Efficiently process orders and manage transactions, ensuring all payments are executed smoothly.
  • Keep a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and maintaining tidiness.
  • Work in conjunction with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    •Adhere to food safety and quality standards, following all protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills are vital. Cashiers should possess strong interpersonal abilities, be approachable, patient, and capable of effectively communicating with customers.
  • Accuracy in processing transactions, managing cash, and recording sales is essential. Attention to detail is critical to prevent errors.
  • Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is necessary. This includes counting money, providing correct change, and utilizing relevant equipment.
  • Cashiers should be comfortable with basic mathematical calculations, as they will be processing transactions, giving change, and reconciling discrepancies.
