We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing business strategies to align with the company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to align with the company's mission and goals
  • Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest
  • Identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities and create plans for implementation
  • Develop complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocations, and plans for projects
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of company operations to develop forward-looking focus for business
  • Lead and direct the work of other employees and have responsibility for personnel actions

Qualifications

  • Associate degree and 12-15 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
  • Business degree preferred
  • Experience in planning and budgeting
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
