  • Analyze safety trends and implement necessary measures for improvement.
  • Verify that contractors and suppliers adhere to regulatory standards.

EHS Programs:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and local teams to develop and implement EHS programs.
  • Maintain safety programs and deliver training to staff members.
  • Work with external partners to enhance EHS initiatives.

Accident and Injury Management:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and share insights with colleagues.
  • Ensure all incidents are properly investigated and preventive measures are established.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate appropriate medical care.
  • Perform hazard assessments of work environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Capability to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
