Primary Responsibilities:
Risk Management:

- Promote strategic EHS initiatives and cultivate a safety-oriented culture within the organization.
- Analyze safety trends and implement necessary measures for improvement.
- Verify that contractors and suppliers adhere to regulatory standards.
EHS Programs:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and local teams to develop and implement EHS programs.
- Maintain safety programs and deliver training to staff members.
- Work with external partners to enhance EHS initiatives.
Accident and Injury Management:
- Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and share insights with colleagues.
- Ensure all incidents are properly investigated and preventive measures are established.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate appropriate medical care.
- Perform hazard assessments of work environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management.
- Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Capability to excel in a dynamic and challenging environment.
