Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Lead to join our team at Bally's Quad Cities. As a key member of our surveillance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our gaming operations and protecting our guests, employees, and assets. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:



  • Supporting the overall integrity of our gaming operations and ensuring the protection of our guests, employees, and assets;
  • Representing the surveillance department in the absence of the Director of Surveillance and Surveillance Manager;
  • Training and assisting Surveillance Operators in monitoring casino table games, electronic gaming device procedures, and administrative procedures;
  • Ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations, including the Illinois Gaming Board Adopted Rules and Bally's Quad Cities Internal Controls;
  • Performing anti-money laundering investigations and reporting any irregularities or suspicious activity to the relevant authorities;


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Above-average math skills and strong organizational and decision-making abilities;
  • Excellent customer and employee relations skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays;
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with bright lights and loud noise.

Physical Requirements

The work environment requires standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods of time. You will also need to define color, work at heights above 10 feet high, and lift items up to 25 pounds.



Environmental Working Conditions

The work environment is fast-paced, with bright lights and loud noise. You will need to work in a confined, small area for long periods of time and be able to manage stressful situations effectively.
