Position Summary:
The Product Cost Analysts within our Centralized Costing Team are responsible for executing all transactional costing functions related to year-end activities and new product introductions. This role also involves supporting system implementations, enhancing processes, documenting procedures, developing reports, troubleshooting errors, and managing inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and presentations tailored for specific hubs or areas.
- Engage in SAP system implementation, including:
- Blueprinting
- Gap/fit analysis
- Testing
- Costing
- Inventory transfer
- Reconciliation
- Act as a gatekeeper with Product Development Managers (PDMs) to ensure adherence to policies and consistent reporting across the board.
- Provide expert variance analysis for FBV, PPV, and MUV to support operational hubs.
- Offer expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting to resolve costing-related inventory discrepancies.
- Lead initiatives on cost center setup, allocation structures, and forecasting tools that influence product costing.
- Collaborate globally to create a Product Cost Playbook that serves as a guiding document based on our Standard Cost Policy.

New Product Development:
- Oversee costing activities for new product development, including collaboration on productivity projects and cost-saving initiatives, while working as part of a cohesive Costing team to establish global processes.

Testing Support:
- Provide negative testing assistance to ensure compliance with established processes.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in costing for manufactured items.
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
