Job Title: Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at IV Watch LLC. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical and technical expertise to support the sales process, customers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers, including their clinical needs and preferences.
  • Provide educational training, clinical process, and procedures to customers, ranging from one-on-one sessions to group facilitation across all clinical settings and facilities.
  • Integrate into all accounts, build trust and relationships, and establish strong rapport with customers, nurturing existing KOL relationships and building new ones.
  • Provide medical professionals with sales support, information, and training on the use of IV Watch products through staff education, in-services, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Use clinical expertise to identify customer training and in-service needs with the goal of increasing customer usage with regular ongoing support.
  • Conduct evaluations, implementations, and ongoing support within all accounts.
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to meet other sales representatives and clients and discuss new product developments.
  • Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent with an R.N. designation.
  • Strong clinical and industry background with an in-depth understanding of IV therapy.
  • Teaching and technical device training education experience.
  • Ability to positively represent the company and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated capability of building strong working relationships with internal/external customers.
  • Ability to work an unpredictable schedule that may occasionally change on short notice due to schedule changes or delays.
  • Accustomed to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Self-motivation, taking on additional responsibilities without being asked, and managing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work the hours needed to complete the tasks and travel extensively, approximately 10% of the time as needed.
