- Use clinical expertise to identify customer training and in-service needs
- Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned accounts and customers
- Conduct evaluations, implementations, and ongoing support within accounts
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications with employees, customers, and vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent with an R.N. designation
- Strong clinical and industry background with an in-depth understanding of iv IV therapy
- Teaching and technical device training education experience
- Ability to positively represent the company and build strong relationships
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated capability of building strong working relationships with internal/external customers
- Ability to work an unpredictable schedule and manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency
