Key Responsibilities

Support Services - Acts as a substitute for Service Technicians, providing coverage during absences and offering additional assistance as required. Temporarily fills in on routes awaiting assignment to a permanent Technician.

Pest Management - Conducts assessments to identify the origin of pest issues. Executes services for residential and commercial clients. Completes exterior sealing on properties to prevent rodent and wildlife intrusion. Conducts inspections for Wood Destroying Organisms. Drills and treats for Dry Wood and Subterranean Termites, fungi, and beetles. Installs and maintains Termite control systems for clientele.

Minor Construction and Repairs - Engages in light construction tasks including patios, doors, eaves, walls, and floors. Assists Repair Technicians with the replacement of wood damage.

Ongoing Education - Acquires knowledge of the range of available Pest Management products and services. Remains updated on the latest advancements, trends, technologies, and regulations in the field. Participates in employer-sponsored training on new methods, products, and services provided by the company. Obtains and maintains necessary licenses/certifications mandated by federal, state, and local regulations, funded by the company.

Position Requirements

  • Successfully pass pre-employment background screening
  • Hold a valid driver's license and undergo a motor vehicle driving record check
  • Available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays during peak demand periods

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Additional Skills, Attributes, and Abilities

  • Proven attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
  • Comfortable working at heights (e.g., climbing ladders up to 20 feet)
  • Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Willingness to learn and gain knowledge about Pest Management products and services
  • Comfortable with self-directed work conditions after a training period
