Job Summary

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing exterior siding, soffit, and facia, as well as performing other exterior maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and replace exterior siding, soffit, and facia using necessary equipment and tools.
  • Remove old and damaged exterior siding, soffit, and facia from the lower portion of the roof.
  • Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with exterior siding.
  • Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as tractors, blowers, and power tools.
  • Perform water feature maintenance, water conditioning treatments, and other exterior maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in repairing exterior siding, soffit, and facia in different types of properties.
  • Knowledge of different types of exterior siding, soffit, and facia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper.
  • Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools.
  • Ability to maneuver around rough terrain, rocks, and water areas.
