About the Role:
As a Private Culinary Specialist, you will engage with clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include visiting multiple clients weekly, handling their grocery shopping, and preparing delightful meals tailored to their preferences. You will also have the chance to participate in intimate gatherings, lead cooking classes, and facilitate corporate culinary workshops.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events. We ensure a stable work schedule while you build your client base.

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation package is competitive, starting at $28 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and referral incentives. After a designated period of employment, you will gain access to medical and dental benefits, with the employer covering a significant portion of the costs. Additionally, after one year, you can enroll in a 401k plan with a matching program. Life and disability insurance are also provided at no cost.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of four years of culinary experience
  • ServSafe Manager certification and state-specific allergen training
  • A reliable vehicle

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with digital tools such as email and Google Workspaces is advantageous.
