Position Overview
We are in search of a Litigation Attorney with at least four years of relevant litigation experience to enhance our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all stages of litigation, from strategic planning to courtroom representation.
- Draft and evaluate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-founded legal opinions.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediation sessions.

- Stay informed about developments in litigation trends and legal practices.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
