Job Summary:

Craft Food Hall is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking food to our high standards, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in stocking and setting up kitchen stations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare food according to recipes, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
  • Plate food according to menu builds, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
  • Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils at the end of shifts, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Follow proper food and safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen Team Members and management to reorder supplies, ensuring seamless operations.
