Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Engagement: Connect with current clients and prospects, presenting our virtual tax solutions with clarity and a focus on mutual expectations. All outbound communications will be directed to warm leads/prospects. No cold calling.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze case work to uncover sales opportunities and additional value propositions for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster B2B referral partnerships, ensuring shared success and compliance with Community Tax's underwriting standards.
  • Excellence in Delivery: Carefully document and record client interactions to support ongoing sales initiatives and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in B2C consultative sales. Background in debt relief, financial services, or high-value consumer services is preferred.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Proven ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and customize your strategy based on client needs. Your consultative approach will foster trust and long-lasting relationships, leading to successful sales closures.
  • Organizational Proficiency: Strong organizational capabilities, adeptness in utilizing technology, and a talent for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive Mindset: A sense of urgency that drives you to take initiative and create opportunities.
  • Educational Background: A four-year college degree or a two-year junior college degree is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
