Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register clients, direct them to the correct waiting area, and update electronic client records.
  • Establish patient appointments, collect payments, and accurately document payments in electronic records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and veterinarians to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6-12 months of related work experience in a medical office setting or clinical environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and patient scheduling systems.
  • Certification as a medical assistant.
