Position Summary:
The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Fleet Electrical Technician to contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues by analyzing manufacturers' manuals and similar documentation.
• Select appropriate tools and testing instruments to plan work sequences, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Assist in conducting operational testing and troubleshooting of aircraft in accordance with relevant directives.
• Interpret various technical documents, including standard work instructions, charts, blueprints, and diagrams to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure all equipment is utilized following established safety and operational protocols.
• Diagnose and rectify malfunctions in assembly processes.
• Oversee component installation, wire routing, repairs, modifications, and testing of both new and experimental systems.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to verify dimensions and adherence to quality standards.
• Operate electric-powered elevating equipment to fulfill work assignments.

This role requires a presence on-site and necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which mandates U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance will be required post-start.

Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the maintenance of avionics or electronic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Experience with software and media installation for newly implemented systems.
• At least 4 years of experience in component and wire installation, including repairs and modifications.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Experience with Depot Level maintenance and large-scale avionics modifications.
• Familiarity with Flight System Operational checks.

Typical Experience/Education:
• Typically requires 6 or more years of relevant work experience or equivalent military experience, or a combination of education and experience.
