The Senior Executive Fleet Quality Auditor will join the Boeing Defense System team, focusing on quality assurance for Executive Fleet aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality assurance and safety protocols to ensure adherence to contract specifications and relevant regulations.
  • Conduct conformity inspections as an authorized individual, issuing FAA Form Statements of Conformity.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of FAA regulations and guidelines to guarantee compliance.
  • Evaluate all stages of various goods, services, or operations for conformity to established quality, health, safety, and operational standards through ongoing compliance checks.
  • Ensure that all services outlined in the performance requirement summary are executed satisfactorily.
  • Determine inspection areas (both scheduled and unscheduled) and the frequency of inspections.
  • Communicate any deficiencies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive Quality Control documentation.
  • Record the outcomes of all inspections conducted.

This role requires 100% onsite presence. The selected candidate will be expected to work at the designated location.

Security Clearance Requirements:

This position necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Top Secret Clearance is mandatory post-hire.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to pass an assessment during the training phase.
  • Compliance with site-specific tools and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing operations, including Assembly, Mechanical, Electrical, Seal, Quality Assurance, or Flightline environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting aircraft mechanical components, repair procedures, and parts replacement.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product or process inspections.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections.
  • Familiarity with VIP Aircraft.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant License or experience to obtain a Repairman's Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reading and interpreting aircraft maintenance manuals, technical orders, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
  • 1 year of engineering process experience with aircraft programs such as 737, 737 Max, 747, 767, 777, 777X, 787.
  • 1 year of experience assisting with the conformity inspection process (FAA forms, 8130-9, etc.).
  • Experience with Executive Fleet aircraft.

Education and Experience:

Relevant educational and certification credentials from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience, are required.
