Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands.
The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist is tasked with delivering IT Engineering Services to our Cloud and Technology Solutions portfolio within the Information Technology division.
Your role will involve enhancing our Cloud Technology Program and supporting the development and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
Leveraging your expertise in infrastructure governance and technologies, you will work collaboratively with the broader Information Technology team and various departments to elevate program maturity.
Responsibilities:
Act as a technical authority and primary point of escalation for daily operational and engineering tasks.
Identify and resolve performance challenges across Windows/MacOS and Cloud-based systems.
Address issues across diverse network devices, wireless access points, and firewalls.
Implement, manage, and support third-party SAAS applications such as Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams). Provide comprehensive technical support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee user, group, and computer object management within both on-premises and Cloud-based Active Directory Services.Exhibit proficiency in Identity and Access Management within Azure Active Directory Services.
Ensure compliance with IT system security baselines and facilitate security enhancements across the infrastructure.
Coordinate the installation and upgrades of enterprise infrastructure hardware and software.
Engage in system architecture evaluations of new and existing IT systems to enable the development of integrated corporate, distributed, and client-server business systems.
Maintain a consistent work schedule with regular, in-person attendance during standard business hours, with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
Ability to meet the physical demands of this role, which often include:the capacity to remain stationary, move freely within the office, and operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Meraki Switches, and Cisco equipment. Proficient in Cloud-Based Networking Technologies (VPC, NAT Gateways, Transit Gateways). Experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, DHCP/DNS, and Windows Server. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure identity governance technologies such as Mobile Device Management (MDM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), and Single-Sign-On (SSO). Strong technical background in diagnosing and resolving issues related to local and wide area networking, security, email, network circuits, and communication technologies. Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure hardware and software systems, including network, compute, storage, and security for both traditional data centers and cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and AWS. Experience in identifying and escalating cybersecurity threats, along with working with modern endpoint protection systems. High-level proficiency in BGP, OSPF, GRE, IPsec, and other routing protocols.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technology strategy recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Palo Alto experience is required; Cloud certifications are advantageous; Cisco Meraki experience is a plus.What We Offer:
