About the Role

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring all administrative functions are running efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Handling communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and other documentation
  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A highly competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer.
