About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conduent Business Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Utilize information learned during training and resources available to provide complete and accurate information
  • Identify customer needs and ensure they are provided with the necessary information
  • Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
  • Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals

  • Standard scheduled hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check
