Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to our customers

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in the database industry, with a focus on deploying and managing operational production databases at scale
  • Experience with cloud architectures, including Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services
  • Strong customer management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with systems engineering, including Linux performance, memory management, and I/O tuning
