  • Assure performance of project personnel meets client needs and expectations
  • Review contractor documentation, including correspondence, insurance, bonds, submittal data, clarification requests, and close-out documentation
  • Manage project administration and oversight of design, consulting, and construction teams
Requirements
  • BS degree in engineering or construction management
  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of technical projects
  • Ability to manage a team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward
  • Proficient with Windows-based platform and computer skills
  • Knowledge and experience in planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient with Procore Project Management Software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more
