- Review contractor documentation, including correspondence, insurance, bonds, submittal data, clarification requests, and close-out documentation
- Manage project administration and oversight of design, consulting, and construction teams
- BS degree in engineering or construction management
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of technical projects
- Ability to manage a team and personal dynamics to drive projects forward
- Proficient with Windows-based platform and computer skills
- Knowledge and experience in planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Procore Project Management Software
- Ability to travel up to 50% or more
