Job Description
The Hospice Clinical Care Specialist plays a vital role in providing compassionate care to terminally ill patients. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting patient care from admission through discharge.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Mississippi
- Experience as an RN commensurate with one of the following options:
- One year acute care experience within the last two years
- One year home health care experience within the last two years
- One year community health or public health experience within the last two years
- One year hospice experience within the last two years
- A current CPR card
- A valid state driver's license and reliable automobile
- Proof of current automobile insurance
