Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an After Hours Hospice RN. This salaried full-time position will cover on-call shifts from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday morning, ensuring our patients receive quality care during off-peak hours.

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality patient care, advocating for their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the hospice care team, patient's family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Support patients and families through end-of-life care, focusing on comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice care
  • Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include:
