About the RoleWe're seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our team as an After-Hours Hospice RN. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and advocate for the needs of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
- Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $ $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
