Job Summary:

The Director of Sales and Business Development will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including chefs, restaurateurs, and foodservice operators.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely product development and placement in the market.
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile.
  • Proficiency in Google and MS software.
