About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Leader to join our team at Sequel Medical Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of our innovative medical devices in your assigned territory.

As a Territory Business Leader, you will partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to develop and execute territory strategies that meet and exceed sales goals. You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, influence them to prescribe our products, and drive continued adoption and growth of our medical devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a strategic problem solver with a passion for diabetes care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and influence them to prescribe our products
  • Drive continued adoption and growth of our medical devices
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales support to optimize the user experience
  • Communicate HCP feedback cross-functionally to solve problems and improve product development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of sales success
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a demonstrated history of sales success
  • Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred
