Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Cary Health and Rehabilitation Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our healthcare team to implement individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident, ensuring their unique needs are satisfied.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to implement treatment plans
  • Supervise and evaluate CNAs
  • Oversee fall-risk and pressure ulcer prevention programs
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of resident medical status
Requirements
  • Active license to practice as an LPN
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities preferred
