We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of fresh/shelf-stable salsas, sauces, or similar products and will be responsible for overseeing operational activities at every level, including supply chain, engineering, R&D, quality control, and production processes.
