  • Provide leadership and guidance to development staff and volunteers to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fundraising and development, with a proven track record of success in securing major gifts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
