Business Development Director

Chesapeake Contracting Group is seeking a Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia regions. As a key member of our team, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients, and support our vision for growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
  • Present business and marketing opportunities to company executives
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of increasing strategic business partners and relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of business development or sales experience in the construction industry
