**Job Summary**
Staff Works is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team in a dynamic production environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing manual labor along production lines, ensuring the quality of products, and meeting productivity requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform small part assembly and production line machinery operations
- Ensure the quality of products in specified assembly lines
- Make adjustments as necessary to produce products within specifications
- Reject products outside of specifications
- Develop flexibility to learn and perform various tasks
- Meet minimum productivity requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor
**Work Environment:**
This is a 2nd shift position, working Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to 12:00am. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, be able to lift up to 20lbs, and stand for extended periods of time.
**Compensation:**
$17.50 per hour
