Job Overview

Position Summary:
The role of the Esthetician is pivotal in driving revenue and fostering business growth through the delivery of exceptional skin care services to clients. The ideal candidate is a personable individual with extensive knowledge in skin health, demonstrating responsibility, motivation, and a desire for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in monthly Esthetician meetings to stay informed about departmental updates and protocol changes.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are maintained, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding supply needs or equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct thorough consultations and perform various skin health services, including but not limited to:
    • Neveskin treatments
    • Hydrafacial services
    • Dermaflash procedures
    • HydroPeptide applications
    • Jan Marini Chemical Peels
    • Keravive Scalp Treatments
  • Develop and nurture a personal client base while leveraging the existing member clientele.
  • Maintain detailed records of each client session.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using the company's POS system.
  • Promote memberships, products, and services to clients.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company's skin health services and products.
  • Cross-promote additional wellness modalities that complement esthetic services.
  • Assist with store operations, including customer greetings, answering inquiries, conducting tours, and processing transactions.
  • Ensure a world-class consumer experience that supports growth and meets sales objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current and valid Esthetician License in the respective state(s).
  • Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience or certification in Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a sales-oriented mindset focused on growth.
  • Provide educational skin services, emphasizing the importance of skin health knowledge for clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new skin health treatments and product lines as they are introduced.
  • Stay engaged with local and national communication channels and participate in mandatory network-wide calls.
