Position Overview

The Licensed Esthetician plays a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering business growth through the delivery of exceptional skin care services to clients. This position requires an enthusiastic individual with extensive knowledge in skin health, who is responsible, driven, and eager to expand their expertise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly Esthetician meetings to stay informed about departmental updates and procedural changes.
  • Ensure treatment areas are well-maintained, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding supply requirements or equipment concerns.
  • Conduct thorough consultations and provide services such as Neveskin, Hydrafacial, and other skin health treatments, including:
    • Dermaflash
    • HydroPeptide
    • Jan Marini Chemical Peels
    • Keravive Scalp Treatment
  • Develop and nurture a personal client base while leveraging the existing member clientele provided by Restore.
  • Maintain detailed records of each client session.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using the Restore POS system.
  • Promote memberships, products, and services to clients.
  • Act as an ambassador for Restore's skin health offerings.
  • Cross-promote additional Restore services that complement esthetic treatments.
  • Assist with store operations, including customer greetings, phone inquiries, facility tours, service sales, and light cleaning duties.
  • Ensure a premier consumer experience that contributes to growth and meets sales objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid and active Esthetician License in the respective state(s).
  • Experience or certification in Neveskin equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience or certification in Hydrafacial equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess a sales-oriented mindset focused on growth.
  • Deliver educational skin services, emphasizing the importance of proper skin health to clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new skin health treatments and product lines as they are introduced.
  • Stay engaged with local and national communication channels and participate in mandatory network-wide meetings.
