Hospital Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to join our team as a Hospital Administrator - Clinical Operations. This key leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our small-format hospitals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies, improving patient flow and reducing wait times.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive operational excellence.
- BSN, required; MSN, preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association, required; ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification.
- 3+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferred.
- 5+ years of Emergency Room nursing experience, strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of JCAHO or DNV standards, required.
- Completion of FEMA ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700, and ICS 800 within 60 days of hire.
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication.
