Director of Operations

APluscare LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including DDD, DHS, and federal rules and regulations.
- Supervise the clinical team to facilitate desired positive outcomes for individuals served.
- Participate in clinical team meetings for individuals served.
- Promote and model appropriate support systems for departments within APluscare.
- Maintain interdepartmental full adherence to the Policies and Procedures of APluscare.
- Maintain interdepartmental full adherence to relevant service programs manuals.
- Conduct monthly program visits for quality assurance data analysis and verification.
- Conduct weekly supervisions with assigned department heads.
- Conduct statistical data analysis for completed service review surveys for the purpose of best practices trend analysis and risk management.
- Develop, manage, and present quarterly status analysis reports to APluscare management.
- Ensure efficient and compliant daily operations of the quality assurance department, including QA audits, internal and external incident reporting, and management processes.
- Ensure efficient and compliant daily operations of the day supports program, including implementation and delivery of appropriate person-centered individual support services.
- Ensure efficient and compliant daily operations of the housing department, including integrity checklists, work orders, purchase orders, maintenance requests, routine program needs, and housing-related documents.
- Ensure efficient and compliant daily operations of service programs fiscal processes in accordance with APluscare policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient and compliant daily operations of the IT department, including electronic centralized employee scheduling systems, IT work orders, and requests for technical assistance.
- A Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a supervisory capacity.
- Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation.
- Employee must successfully complete and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of required training.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
