Support Worker for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities

Job Summary
We're seeking a network of supportive providers to assist our community members in various aspects of life, including daily care, socialization, and personal growth. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients develop essential life skills, build positive relationships, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to our clients, promoting their overall well-being and independence
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in daily activities
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
To be considered for this rewarding role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check and maintain clearance throughout your employment
- Have prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (at least 1 year)
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation
Work Locations
We have multiple locations throughout Central Oregon, including Bend, Redmond, Madras, Prineville, Lapine, and Sisters.
