We are seeking a skilled Senior Resident Support Professional to join our team at Frontier Management LLC's Princeton Village Assisted Living community in Clackamas, OR. This role involves providing support and care to our senior residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $43,000 and $55,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, Flexible Spending Account, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with a competitive Match program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages.
- Participate in activities and events designed to promote socialization and engagement among residents.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with eldercare principles and practices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
